Legal Agreement & Service Guidelines
Welcome to GN Transport. By accessing our website and utilizing our logistics services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Service Information and Cargo Accuracy
While GN Transport strives for 100% accuracy in route planning and service descriptions, the final responsibility for providing accurate cargo details (weight, dimensions, and nature of goods) rests with the customer. We recommend consulting our logistics team via the "Schedule a Call" feature before booking shipments for hazardous materials or oversized freight.
Logistics Tech & Tracking Software
All real-time tracking tools and logistics software provided by GN Transport are subject to our technology licensing agreements. GN Transport provides technical setup support for client dashboards but is not liable for data loss or operational delays resulting from the improper use of our tracking hardware by unauthorized personnel.
Limitation of Liability
GN Transport shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including business downtime, loss of profits, or market-driven delays—arising from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the terms mentioned in our Transit Insurance Policy and the specific service contract for that shipment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Booking Cancellation : Shipments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Loading Delays : If the cargo is not ready at the time of pickup, additional detention charges may apply as per the standard industry rates.
Pricing & Payments
All prices and quotes are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in fuel prices and transport demand. Orders and vehicle assignments are confirmed only after payment verification and fleet availability.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at AJMER ROAD, BHADALI KHERA, Bhadali Kheda Arjia, BHILWARA 311011, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilwara.
